While you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, you can tell a lot about a present by it’s wrapping. You can tell if they spent money on the wrapping. If they did, most likely the present is special.
You can tell if a child wrapped the present. These will bring joy to your heart.
Speaking from my own perspective, you can generally tell if a man wrapped the present. Be gentle. He’s trying.
If you’ve wrapped your own presents, you’re a disciplined and caring person. Obviously, you love the person from whom the present is to come and your name might be Carolyn. Merry Christmas, honey. (She doesn’t read blogs.)
“Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.” Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven, and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”” Luke 2:11-14 NIV
