Still sharing in ministry in Nuuk, Greenland, Carolyn and I are celebrating the faithfulness of the officers here as we are the Spirit of God. From the testimonies of the leaders here, we see the provision of God in many ways to accomplish His will.
With their daily feeding ministry, much of the food is donated and it’s all good food, beautifully prepared and served. Some Greenlandic translation is being provided by local Christians. As we walked the snowy streets of this northern community, the officers were stopped regularly by people they know from daily contacts and ministry opportunities.
In some ways, we’re reminded of our ministries in Alaska, but know that Greenland is unique with distinct culture and grace. Last night we enjoyed a worship service and fellowship. We could sense the Spirit of God in the hearts of the people. Today, we have been helping at the feeding, was a part of a radio interview, and we have yet to have night church again. We’re looking forward to it.
For those who know how to pray, please do so on our behalf.
I’m also reminded of the Alaska Congress in Juneau this weekend as well. Colonels Hudson are leading the meetings with the support of the Staff Songsters. I imagine God is blessing them with abundance.
So across the Northern hemisphere (as well as many other places) God is leading the USA West in holy ministry to His delight. Hallelujah!
“But blessed is the man who trusts me, God, the woman who sticks with God. They’re like trees replanted in Eden, putting down roots near the rivers— Never a worry through the hottest of summers, never dropping a leaf, Serene and calm through droughts, bearing fresh fruit every season.
