We might think of an exercise of prayer which would be good, but I am more inclined to suggest a time of prayer on Thursday as the week is passing and the inclination might be to get to the things that aren’t yet done. Hold your position on your knees and commit it to the Lord. It will all move better.
Then I recommend that you consider exercising even more today than your everyday. Your body meeds attention and you’ll undoubtedly feel better as a result.
With all the regular things you do everyday, don’t take on too much today. Your weekend obligations have been taking shape all along. Pace yourself and enjoy your life. Others will be more likely to follow you as you do.
