The news is reporting about sacred conversations with the parents of soldiers who have died in the line of duty. Such conversations are personal and should be respected as such. I’ve had many sacred conversations with people of all walks about their relationship with God, and in times of deep grief and discouragement. These words and thoughts are not meant for the front page of any news nor are they intended for public dissection or discourse.
When a person goes into a Confessional, the conversation is sacred and only meant for the parties involved.
My most sacred conversations enter the category of prayer. I’m glad God keeps it to Himself. He understands sacred conversations. So should we.
