There’s no doubt that one rarely reaches their objectives without a plan and even less of a hope if they don’t have the heart for it. We simply cannot just expect important things to happen on their own.
In the ministry, the plan can change or be realigned, but you need a plan. Often, in order to complete the task, like a marathon, you have to have the heart for it. In the ministry, the heart is more than undaunted intention. It also includes a heart transformed by the power and love of God.
No heart, bad plan. No plan, empty heart.
Good plan, good heart…you’ve already reached the most of your objective. Good for you.
We have a plan and a heart for winning the world for Jesus.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
